Dewlance VPS pricing reviewed: monthly-only plans with no renewal jump
Dewlance has sold budget KVM VPS since 2009 without annual teasers: six EPYC NVMe plans from $7/month, billed monthly, renewing at the same figure. We checked the live order pages.
Most budget hosts sell a first-year teaser and recoup it at renewal. Dewlance, a hosting provider founded in February 2009, takes a different route: its Linux VPS line-up is monthly-billing only. There is no annual term to discount, which also means there is no renewal jump to warn about. We pulled the current plans and prices from the live order pages in October 2026.
The plan ladder at a glance
Six KVM plans on AMD EPYC hardware with NVMe storage, all in United States locations, all with full root access, VNC console, one IPv4 address and instant setup:
- Bronze: $7.00/month — 4 GB dedicated RAM, 1 vCPU, 40 GB NVMe, 2 TB bandwidth. (The store page shows a 10 Gbps port for the higher plans; Bronze is listed at 1 Gbps on the site page.)
- Silver: $10.50/month — 6 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 60 GB NVMe, 750 GB bandwidth at 10 Gbps.
- Gold: $14.00/month — 8 GB RAM, 2 vCPU, 80 GB NVMe, 1 TB bandwidth at 10 Gbps.
- Platinum: $17.50/month — 10 GB RAM, 2 vCPU, 100 GB NVMe, 1.25 TB bandwidth.
- Diamond: $21.00/month — 12 GB RAM, 3 vCPU, 120 GB NVMe, 1.5 TB bandwidth.
- Titanium: $30.00/month on the store page (the marketing page says $35) — 20 GB RAM, 4 vCPU, 200 GB NVMe, 2.5 TB bandwidth.
What monthly-only pricing means for the year-one maths
Dewlance runs its store on WHMCS and the order pages for these plans expose a monthly cycle only — we checked a Bronze order page directly and found no annual option. On our deal table that shows up as a verdict of flat: what you pay in month one is what you pay every month after. The catch is the mirror image of the teaser problem: the list price of, say, Gold at $14/month is $168/year with no promotional window to soften it.
Compare that with the annual-deal bracket in our price-per-gigabyte analysis, where annual KVM deals run $5.50–$14.40 per GB per year. Gold breaks down to $21.00 per GB per year, Diamond to $21.00, Titanium to $18.00. You are paying a premium over teaser annual pricing for pricing honesty and month-to-month freedom — a trade similar to InterServer's flat slices or HostUS month-to-month, both cheaper, and to BuyVM's flat monthly plans.
Who is behind it, and payment methods
Dewlance was founded in February 2009, runs its own client area and knowledgebase, and accepts PayPal and Bitcoin (BitPay) on the VPS plans. Mass mailing and spam are explicitly not allowed on the VPS products. The company also sells shared and reseller hosting, Windows VPS and RDP plans — the Windows line was not priced in this review.
Verdict
Dewlance suits buyers who want a small monthly commitment and a predictable bill: full root access on dedicated-resource KVM from $7/month, renewing at the same figure indefinitely. If you are optimising hard for the lowest annual cost, the annual teaser deals in our cheapest annual VPS deals round-up still win on price per gigabyte — just budget for their renewals. If you want flat pricing with no year-two surprise and can accept paying list price, the six Dewlance plans above are fully priced in our Dewlance business page.
