INET.WS reviewed: a flat VPS ladder from $4 a month across 15 cities

INET.WS prices its Linux VPS ladder in one flat table: $4 a month for 1 vCPU and 2 GiB up to $100 a month for 14 vCPU and 40 GiB, with 10 to 90 TiB of bandwidth, free weekly backups, free snapshots and a 99.95% uptime SLA. We checked the live plan table in October 2026.

Budget VPS sites tend to bury their real prices behind a configurator. INET.WS does the opposite: the inet.ws homepage is a single flat plan table — nine Linux VPS tiers, one line each, price displayed on the page. The INET.WS listing on our deal table mirrors all nine tiers exactly, and in October 2026 we re-checked the vendor's live plan table line by line.

The ladder, verified live

Every tier is the same shape: SSD storage, 500 Mbit/s uplink, bandwidth that grows with the plan, monthly billing only:

Three more tiers sit between them (3, 6, 10 and 12 vCPU variants), and nothing on the page carries a setup fee. Prices are quoted monthly with no separate first-year teaser rate, so there is no renewal jump to model — the figure in the table is the figure on every invoice. The site does note that prepaying for a year makes the bill cheaper, but does not display an annual rate on the main plan table, so we list the monthly price only.

Locations: 15 cities on one price

The same nine tiers deploy in Ashburn, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Frankfurt, London, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Paris, Phoenix, Seattle, Toronto and Vancouver. That is unusual at this price point: most $4-tier hosts offer one or two regions, while INET.WS charges identical rates in France, Germany, the UK, Canada and nine US metros.

What comes free

Four inclusions are listed on every plan: a free weekly backup (daily backups can be added for a fee), free server snapshots, self-service PTR/rDNS management from the client area, and a 99.95% uptime SLA. OS images cover AlmaLinux, Debian, Fedora, FreeBSD, Ubuntu, Arch, openSUSE, Rocky and CloudLinux.

How it compares

At $4 for 2 GiB, INET.WS's entry tier sits between the true teaser hosts and the annual specialists: CrownCloud's 1 GB KVM plan is $50 a year, which beats this on yearly cash outlay, but includes a fraction of the bandwidth (1 TB against 10 TiB) and fewer cities. INET.WS is the pick when bandwidth or location choice matters more than the invoice; for the wider price ladder across the market see our cheapest annual VPS round-up.

Verdict

INET.WS earns its place on the deal table for transparency — a flat table, flat prices across 15 cities, and no first-year games. The trade-off is a monthly-only entry price and bandwidth you may never use. If you want a small server in Paris, Phoenix or Vancouver without a regional premium, the $4 tier is one of the more honest ways to get it.
