One rule, every SSD plan

The eight CrownCloud SSD plans all follow the same arithmetic. The smallest, KVM SSD 1 — 1 vCore, 1GB RAM, 25GB SSD, 1TB transfer — is $5.00 a month or $50.00 a year ($4.17 a month, billed annually). The ladder reads $10.00/$100.00, $20.00/$200.00, $30.00/$300.00, $40.00/$400.00, $80.00/$800.00, $160.00/$1,600.00 and top out at KVM SSD 64 at $320.00 a month or $3,200.00 a year for 8 vCores, 64GB RAM and 1.6TB SSD. Every one of them is a flat 16.7% saving on the annual rate, and every one renews at the same rate again the following year — the annual price is the renewal price.

The same discount on NVMe and Ryzen hardware

The newer hardware ranges keep the rule. The Frankfurt-only NVMe plans on AMD Ryzen 9 run $7.00 monthly or $70.00 yearly for KVM NVMe 1 (1 vCore, 1GB RAM, 30GB NVMe) up to $28.00/$280.00 for the 4GB plan. The Intel Core Ultra 9 range starts at $12.00/$120.00 (KVM Ultra 2, 2 vCores, 2GB RAM) and the largest, KVM Ultra 64 with 10 vCores and 64GB RAM, is $160.00 a month or $1,600.00 a year. The Ryzen 9 9950X plans run $15.00/$150.00 for the 2GB build up to $80.00/$800.00 for 16GB. Even the HDD storage plans get it: storage500 is $10.00/$100.00, storage2000 is $28.00/$280.00.

Where the rule stops

The dedicated servers break the pattern — they are listed monthly with no annual option in the cart, from a Dual Xeon E5-2667 v2 with 128GB RAM at $160.00 a month to the Ryzen 9 9950X builds at $330.00–$360.00 a month and a 64-core EPYC 7763 at $1,000.00 a month. If you want the ten-months arithmetic, it applies to the VPS ranges; read dedicated pricing as a monthly commitment unless the cart says otherwise.
